The objectives of (Okba Islamic Community Centre), shall be as follows:
To advance the cause of Islam in accordance with the Quran and the Sunnah of the prophet Mohammed.
To teach the religious tenets, doctrines, observances and culture associated with Islam.
To establish and maintain a mosque with services conducted in accordance with the teachings of the Quran and the Sunnah of the prophet Mohammed.
To establish and maintain a religious school of instruction for children, youths and adults.
To support and maintain missions, also known and referred to as Da’wa, and missionaries in order to propagate and foster a positive understanding of the Islamic faith.
